Our Approach
Why is our approach different for each client? It has to be. You should accept nothing less than a tailored approach form your recruiters.
- For one client, we may engage in traditional candidate searches and screening processes to rapidly identify a large number of highly technical, security-clearance-eligible personnel to fill immediate positions in support of new contract awards.
- For another, we may coordinate and launch longer-term recruiting initiatives such as job fairs, college recruiting programs, or specialized campaigns, simply to sustain corporate growth.
- For one client, we may produce weekly, detailed reports on recruiting activities.
- For another, we may conduct monthly review meetings.
- Finally, we may provide free training of the federal marketplace for each new hire.
Experienced Team
Our recruiting practice management team has previous successful experience as federal contractors growing staff within large and small companies. More importantly, they also have experience managing firms with very low employment turn-over and high morale, an indication that they have recruited the right people the first time.
