A small business with no prior Army contracting experience engaged Red Team to provide proposal support and strategic capture guidance in pursuit of a multi-billion Army information technology contract in 2006. With Red Team's support, our client won the contract and anticipates that it will grow their company substantially.
  2. Around the same time, Red Team was engaged by one of the industry's largest consulting firms to provide capture guidance and proposal support in pursuit of a multi-billion-dollar, high-profile services program. Our client won the contract.
  3.
